Cycle of sound

    The phenomenon where the final consonant becomes the
    initial consonant once again mirrors the natural order where
    moving sounds are Balk and resting sounds are Eo.
    All these transformations occur within the logic of the
    Heavens, which govern the universe through the balance of
    BalkIEo, maintaining an unending cycle.
    Just as a single energy flows continuously and the four
    seasons cycle endlessly, all things perish and are reborn, and
    winter inevitably gives way to spring.
    Likewise, the transition from the initial consonant to the
    final consonant, and from the final consonant back to the
    initial consonant, follows this natural order.
