The standardization of Jeongeum Hangul can be pursued in
    parallel with converting the current International Phonetic
    Alphabet (IPA) into a Hangul-based system, the
    International Phonetic Hangul (IPH). With IPH, the sounds
    of all the world’s languages can be transcribed easily and
    intuitively using the Hangul script comparing to the current
    IPA.
